As we all rush through our busy lives it is all too easy to forget to look at the bigger picture. We all tend to concentrate on the problems immediately in front of us, and the way we look at our health is no different.
This Nature Cure Jigsaw is designed to be a relatively light-hearted way of illustrating that bigger picture, it has been designed as a simple nine-piece jigsaw. Each piece is important to achieving a balanced life and hopefully it will help to show up the areas that you might be neglecting. Those gaps might help to point to possible causes of ill health.
Each piece is essential to the holistic approach to being healthy and treating illness naturally – preferably without resort to medication.
